Rain, Running, and Disneyland

Conner and I went out for a run this evening. He was talking all about Disneyland. He was telling me about rides he loves, and yelling at planes to have fun at Disneyland. He was talking, talking, talking (kind of like his mother) and then he went silent. Apparently the kiddo was tired because he talked himself into sweet dreams. I hope he gets lots of rest because he is going to the bouncespot with school and daddy tomorrow.

Brodie and I stayed home today. We had to make a quick run to school, so my students saw another side to me. I honestly can say they were surprised I had a child. I talk about my family all the time, but that is just words. When they saw Brodie this morning, they were in shock! Brodie had a fever last night of 102, so we decided to keep him home from school one more day. Today he is much, much better. He played a ton, and laughed like my little Brodie.

Finally, if you are looking for an awesome strength training program, I suggest you try Cathe Freidrich. I have been TiVoing Cardio Blast, and she has been kicking my tail. They way she has the moves set up makes your heart rate get into the cardio zone, yet you are lifting weights. It has been so challenging, it has been fun. In fact, I am hoping Jeremy will get my two new body bars for my birthday. I am hoping to get the 18 pound and the 24 pound body bar from Spri. Unfortunately, you can only get those sizes online. I saw them once at Sports Chalet, so I may steer Jeremy in that direction!!

Happy Trails!

Erin imagaine my excitement when I saw the blogspot link in your signature. I had to stop reading posts and come over here right away. I read your first post and this one, and will go back and read the rest as well.

Isn't blogging such a great release? I wonder how I ever lived without it.

So the question is: Does Jeremy read your blog to read your oh so subtle wish list?
